Artist Statement

Creativity itself is what excites me; developing an idea and seeing it through to completion. For this reason, I prefer making one-of-a-kind items whether as an expression of myself or as a collaboration with a client.

With a focus on refined designs and quality craftsmanship, my objective is to create personalized pieces which provide beauty and enjoyment for the end user. It should be practical and long lasting, both in construction and in design. Yet a piece should be more than just functional, it should engage the user, leaving them with a sense of wonder and delight.
